After graduating from college in 2020, I found a job in social work. This was the first job that showed me how important self-care was for your mental health. I experienced severe burnout from that job and began the journey of figuring out what self-care looks like for me. The journey is still ongoing and forever changing.
I started this blog as a way to help others on the same journey of self-care and truly taking control of your life. I share self-care tips and products that have helped me along the way. Join me as I find the best version of myself through mindfulness, exercise, and nutrition.
